DISAB Vacuum Technology

Q20 MultiFLEX is our multipurpose machine for suck, blow and excavating operations of wet and dry material.
The design utilizes the chassis engine through a split-shaft gearbox included in our supply.

Approximately 295 kW of chassis engine power is driving our three-lobe vacuum pump generating an airflow of 11000 m³/h and -950 mbar of vacuum. This gives the machine outstanding performance during excavating and suction operation. The power is transferred over a split-shaft gearbox and a v-belt drive, where the v-belt drive gives necessary protection to the pump against vibrations created by the chassis power line. In blow mode, the same pump generates 1100 mbar overpressure.

The vacuum loader is designed with a three-step material separation. First step is the 12 m³ vacuum tank, secondly an integrated filter compartment with 70 filter socks and finally the third step through our two safety filter cartridges of approx. 34 m².

The DISAB MultiFLEX boom offers multiple possibilities. It can be used when handling materials that require excavating suction. The design allows the operator to cover large areas as the boom can be directed 180° sideways, straight up as well as below ground level.

In our design work high priority has been given to ease of operation, health and safety. Easy access to filters for cleaning provides for cost-effective operation.

The DISAB TrailerVAC™ SDW-3.5T is to be towed by
vehicle, especially designed for smaller digging work
were there is a risk of damaging cable or piping with
use of a traditional digger.

Vacuumed material is transported via a fl exible hose to
the hopper bin inlet, where all heavier particles fall by
gravity to the bottom of the conical hopper bin.

Typical users include manufacturers of cement,
lime, gypsum, tiles, chemicals, steel mills, cleaning
contractors and more.
